I'm Jane, and Jane Dough is my bakery project. My goal is to bring restaurant-quality bread to homes across Richmond. Every loaf, focaccia, and baked good I create is made with my sourdough starter, which I've been nurturing for the past three years.
I’m blending my culinary school training and experience working in restaurants—both here and in New York City—to craft sourdough loaves, focaccia, baguettes, and whatever else inspires me! Each week, I bake something new based on what's in season and what sounds delicious.
